The Planning and Zoning Commission shall consist of seven (7) members to be appointed by City Council. Board members may be paid at the rate of ten dollars ($10) per meeting, not to exceed two (2) meetings per month, and may be reimbursed for actual expenses incurred in connection with their official duties.
