A wellhead protection plan will be prepared for any future wells. This will be done prior to submission of the request for permit, and will use a radius prescribed by SCDHEC Bureau of Water as a preliminary delineation zone until actual flow data is available. An inventory of potential contamination sources within this zone will be conducted. This information will be submitted with the permit application to SCDHEC. Within ninety (90) days of completion of the well, the management zone will be adjusted and the complete Wellhead Protection Program submitted for review.
