(A) Two-family or Multi-family Units. In the case of a two-family or multi-family unit or other premises occupied by more than one family living independently of each other, and serviced by a single water meter or sewer line, there shall be added to the rates as set out in § 4-4-4, an additional base cost per each monthly billing period per family unit, beginning with the second unit.
(B) Other Occupied. In all other occupied buildings, except as set forth in subsection (A) of this section and except one-family dwelling units serviced by a single water meter or sewer line, there shall be added to the rates as set forth in § 4-4-4 an additional base cost per each monthly billing period per each occupied business within each occupied building location beginning with the second business.
(C) Home Occupations. In the case of a home occupation no additional charge shall be assessed to the rates as set out in § 4-4-4.

(D) All businesses for profit who use the city wastewater system are required to purchase all water needs from the city if available, except those who were already purchasing from other sources when the city's water supply became available.
