§ 4-4-20 UTILITY REVIEW COMMITTEE.
   Any person who feels adjustments modification, or reinterpretation of these regulations is necessary to equitably resolve a specific dispute or hardship may appeal to a utility review committee composed of the Mayor, City Manager and housing inspector. This committee shall review the facts of the case and make final adjustment as deemed necessary.
