(A) Septic tank haulers shall pay the city twenty dollars ($20) per one thousand (1,000) gallons of waste dumped at the city waste treatment plant. The septic tank company must also secure a city business license.
(B) In lieu of the above charge, septic tank haulers may contract with the city for monthly service by placing a one hundred and fifty dollar ($150) security deposit with the city and by paying a monthly service charge of one hundred and fifty dollars ($150) in advance. This monthly rate will entitle the hauler to deposit no more than fifteen thousand (15,000) gallons at the plant each month. The City Manager may negotiate contracts for other volumes of hauled waste on a pro-rated basis.
