§ 4-2-3 PRIVIES PROHIBITED; INSTALLATION OF SEPTIC TANKS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, erect, install, maintain or permit to remain any privy or cesspool within the city.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to construct, erect or install a septic tank within the city.
