The purpose of this chapter is to provide standard rules and regulations governing the collection and treatment of wastewater and sewer service for the customers of the city's system, both within and without the city. The Pretreatment Ordinance (Appendix A) is made a part of this Chapter with the purpose of providing standard rules and regulations to comply with pertaining sections of 40 C.F.R. pt. 403.
