Except when stated otherwise in this ordinance, any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of this ordinance or who fails to comply with any notice issued pursuant to provisions of this ordinance, upon being found guilty of violation, shall be subject to a fine not to exceed five hundred dollars ($500) for each separate offense. All monies collected as a result of violations shall be allocated to the city’s tree program and shall be placed in the Tree Committee account.
