(A) It shall be unlawful and prohibited for any person to raise, keep, maintain or have in his or her possession any farm animals such as, but not limited to chickens, turkeys, hogs, pigs, cows, horses, donkeys, mules, goats, and sheep upon any premises within the jurisdiction of the city limits.
(B) Any person violating any provision of this section shall be deemed guilty of an offense and shall be subject to a fine of up to five hundred dollars ($500) or imprisonment for not more than thirty (30) days upon conviction. Each day of violation shall be considered a separate offense. Punishment for violation shall be considered a separate offense. Punishment for violation shall not relieve the offender of liability for delinquent penalties and costs provided for herein.
