The Street Department Manager or his/her designee shall be responsible for the administration of all provisions of this ordinance and for public tree management. The Code Enforcement Department shall be responsible for the enforcement of all provisions of this ordinance. The City Manager and other departments within the City of Dillon shall support the Street Department and the Code Enforcement Department in all tree management activities.
