5-4-67-5 Off-Street Loading Requirements.
   All retail uses with a total floor area of ten thousand (10,000) square feet or more hereafter erected shall have one (1) off-street loading berth for each ten thousand (10,000) square feet of floor area. Such space shall have access to an alley, or if there is no alley, to the street.
   (A)   Size and design. Off-street loading berths required in this section shall have minimum dimensions of twelve (12) feet wide by twenty-five (25) feet long with fourteen (14) feet overhead clearance, and shall have adequate means on ingress and egress. Loading spaces shall be designed so that the vehicles can maneuver for loading and unloading entirely within the property lines of the premises.
   (B)   Plan. Each application for a zoning permit, building permit, or Certificate of Occupancy for a commercial building over ten thousand (10,000) square feet shall include a plan showing the required off-street loading space and the means of ingress to and egress from such space.
