It shall be prohibited and unlawful for any person to use, fire, shoot and/or discharge fireworks at anytime such as to create excessive loud, disturbing and unnecessary noises to any school, institution of learning, library, sanatorium, hospital or court, while it is in session, or to any church during church services, which interferes with the work or worship in the place or institution; provided that signs must be displayed indicating that it is a school, hospital, church, library, sanatorium or court.
