§ 2-3-24 WRECKER OPERATOR TO SECURE PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   Each wrecker service shall be responsible for securing personal property in a vehicle which is to be towed, in a reasonable and prudent manner. In no event shall a wrecker service be responsible for personal items which do not come into possession of the wrecker services.
