§ 2-3-20 RESPONSE TIME: NOTIFICATION OF NEXT SERVICE.
   If a wrecker does not respond within fifteen (15) minutes, the dispatcher shall notify the next wrecker service on the list which shall not lose its place in the rotation. Any wrecker failing to respond within this time period on three (3) separate occasions within a twelve (12) month time period, will automatically be removed from the rotation list.
