§ 2-3-18 RECOMMENDATION BY POLICE OFFICER PROHIBITED.

In no event shall any Dillon police officer recommend any wrecker service to the owner of a wrecked or disabled vehicle, nor shall any Dillon police officer ever recommend the services of any particular wrecker service in the performance of his duties.
