§ 2-3-14 ADMINISTRATION OF LIST.
   The wrecker rotation list shall be administered fairly and in a manner designed to ensure that all wrecker services on the list have an equal opportunity to the towing business as generated by the City of Dillon Business License Administrator and the Dillon County E-911 dispatcher’s office.
