§ 91.03 WASTE WATER OR IRRIGATION WATER.
   It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to allow or suffer any water used by him, her, or them for irrigation purposes or any other purposes, including waste water, to flow into or upon any of the street roadways or alleys within the city limits.
