§ 52.99  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, may be punished by a fine of not more than $300 or by imprisonment for not more than 30 days or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each day said violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
   (B)   The proper local authorities of the city, county, or state, in addition to other remedies, may institute any appropriate action or proceedings to correct or abate any violation of this chapter.
