§ 154.999  PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
   (B)   A knowing violation of § 154.021 shall be a misdemeanor.
   (C)   Failure to respond to remedy the violation of § 154.073 is unlawful, and the person having charge or control over the sign will be guilty of a misdemeanor.
