§ 154.206  BUILDING PERMIT.
   (A)   No building shall be erected, moved, or structurally altered unless the Building Inspector or his or her authorized representative therefor has issued a building permit.
   (B)   All permits shall be issued in conformance with the provisions of this chapter and shall be valid for a period of time as specified in the Uniform Building Code.
