(A) The issuance of a special use permit shall not be considered a precedent for the issuance of other special use permits.
(B) A special use permit is not transferable from one parcel of land to another. The special use permit may be transferred from one owner to another for the same use, but if there is a change in use on the property, a new special use permit must be approved.
