(A) Upon the filing of an application, the City Clerk shall submit it for review and comment to the Planning, Fire, Water, Sewer, and Streets Departments, and shall, at the expense of the person submitting the application, publish a public notice of a hearing before the Planning and Zoning Commission, which notice must be published once in a local newspaper of general circulation at least 15 days prior to the hearing. The Official Zoning Map is required in conjunction with the PUD application. A notice must be provided in accordance with § 154.157 of this code of ordinances. The Commission shall conduct a public hearing and review the application, all supporting documents and plans, and recommendations of city staff, in making their recommendation to the Council.
(B) In any public hearing on a PUD application, the presiding officer may order the hearing to be continued for up to 30 days at the same place, in which case no further published notice shall be required.
