(A) The number of off-street parking spaces required by this subchapter may be increased or decreased in consideration of the following factors:
(1) The estimated number of cars owned by future occupants of dwellings in the PUD;
(2) The parking needs of any non-residential uses; and
(3) The varying time periods of use, whenever joint use of common parking is proposed.
(B) Whenever the number of off-street parking spaces is reduced because of the nature of the occupancy, the city shall obtain assurances that the nature of the occupancy will not change.
