§ 154.072  APPLICATIONS AND PERMITS.
   (A)   Sign permit. A sign permit shall be required for all signs over four square feet in size per face. No person shall erect, alter, or relocate any permanent or temporary sign greater than four square feet in face area within the city without first obtaining a sign permit from the city.
   (B)   Application. The application for a sign permit shall include, at a minimum, the following:
      (1)   Name and address of applicant;
      (2)   Proposed location of the sign;
      (3)   Drawing of the sign, to scale, showing its relationship to any adjacent buildings or structures and property lines, including color;
      (4)   A site plan drawn to scale which specifies the building frontage, the location of the sign structure, or drawings which show the scale of the sign in context with the scale of the building if the sign is to be mounted on the building;
      (5)   A rendering of the text and graphics to be displayed on the sign;
      (6)   The type of materials to be used;
      (7)   The method of installation and a copy of a state electrical installation permit for any illuminated sign; and
      (8)   Fees for fence and sign permits are established in a separate resolution.
