§ 154.058 FENCE PERMIT AND APPLICATION.

   (A)   Fence permit. A fence permit shall be required for all fences in all districts.

   (B)   Application. The application for a fence permit shall include, at a minimum, the following:

      (1)   Name and address of applicant;

      (2)   Proposed location of the fence;

      (3)   Drawing of the fence, to scale, showing its relationship to any adjacent buildings or structures and property lines;

      (4)   Type of materials to be used;

      (5)   Method of installation; and

      (6)   Fees for fence permits are established in a separate resolution.
