§ 152.042  PEDESTRIAN WALKWAYS.
   Right-of-way for pedestrian walkways in the middle of long blocks may be required where necessary to obtain convenient pedestrian circulation to schools, parks, or shopping areas. The pedestrian easement shall be at least ten feet wide and extend entirely through the block.
