§ 152.041  EASEMENTS.
   Unobstructed utility easements shall be provided along front lot lines, rear lot lines, and/or side lot lines when deemed necessary; total easement width shall not be less than 12 feet. Unobstructed drainage way easements shall be provided as required by the Commission.
