The naming of streets shall conform to the following.
(A) Street names shall not duplicate any existing street name, except where a new street is a continuation of an existing street; street names that may be spelled differently but sound the same as existing streets shall not be used; and
(B) All new streets shall be named as follows:
(1) Streets having predominantly north-south direction shall have phonetic names;
(2) Streets having a predominantly east-west direction shall have numerical names; and
(3) Meandering streets shall be named “Drive”, “Lane”, “Path”, and cul-de-sacs shall be named “Circle”, “Court”, and “Place”.
