(A) There is hereby established a Planning and Zoning Commission consisting of five members and the City Liaison. The Commission shall consist of two members with one-year terms, two members with three-year terms and one member with a five-year term.
(B) The Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor with approval of the City Council. In the event the City Council does not approve the appointment of a member, the Mayor will select an alternative nominee.
