This chapter shall not apply to:
A. Burning which is conducted in conjunction with training supervised by a Municipal fire department or fire protection district.
B. Burning by Village employees of tree limbs, branches and similar landscape waste which has been picked up by Village employees immediately following a storm or other natural occurrence resulting in the need for such emergency cleanup operations by the Village as determined by the Village President.
