Any person who violates any provision of this chapter commits a civil ordinance violation and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), for each offense. Each day a violation of this chapter is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any fine, the Village may seek injunctive and declaratory relief directing the violator(s) to cure the violation, and the Village may revoke any license authorized and issued pursuant to this chapter.
