4-1-5: ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS:
This chapter shall be enforced by the Village Attorney serving the Village, officers of the County Sheriff's Department, such Police Officers employed by or acting on behalf of the Village, the County Health Department, and/or the Corporate Authorities of the Village or such other person or agencies so designated by the Corporate Authorities of the Village.
