Inoperable motor vehicles, whether on public or private property, are hereby declared a nuisance, and the same shall not be allowed to remain in excess of ten (10) days following the issuance of a notice to abate as stated in section 4-1-7 of this chapter. The Village may proceed pursuant to this chapter or pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-40-3 to enforce this section. (Ord. 607-08, 11-3-2008)
