Any and all dangerous and hazardous materials or substances such as poisons, acids, caustics, pesticides, infested materials, explosives and solid wastes resulting from industrial processes or otherwise shall not be mixed and/or stored with and collected with refuse, garbage or rubbish, as defined in section 4-1-2 of this chapter. Such dangerous and hazardous materials or substances shall be stored, collected and disposed of in a manner prescribed by applicable State and Federal law, including, but not limited to, the Illinois Environmental Protection Act and the United States Environmental Protection Act.
