3-1-24: COMPLIANCE WITH ZONING REGULATIONS:
Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to permit the sale of alcoholic liquors in any place where the conduct of such business is prohibited under the terms and provisions of the Village zoning ordinance. (Ord. 447, 12-7-1998)
