3-1-18: SANITATION CONDITIONS:
A.   Diseased Employees Prohibited: It shall be unlawful to employ in any premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor any person who is afflicted with or who is a carrier of any contagious, infectious, or venereal disease; and it shall be unlawful for any person who is afflicted with or a carrier of any such disease to work in or about any such premises or to engage in any way in the handling, preparation or distribution of such liquor; provided, the County Health Department may require such employee to submit to a physical examination if such officer suspects such employee of being afflicted as herein set forth.
B.   Sanitation Facilities: Every holder of a Class A, B or D license shall provide separate toilets and washstands for male and female patrons and shall maintain the same in a clean and sanitary condition. (Ord. 447, 12-7-1998; amd. 2017 Code)
C.   Sanitary Premises: All premises used for the retail sale of alcoholic liquor or for the storage of such alcoholic liquor for such sale shall be kept in a clean and sanitary condition and shall be kept in full compliance with the ordinances regulating the condition of the premises used for the storage or sale of food for human consumption.
