3-1-17: HOURS OF OPERATION; PRESENCE ON PREMISES AFTER HOURS:
A.   Hours Established:
   1.   It shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor in the Village between the hours of one o'clock (1:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. on any day except New Year's Day, when it shall be unlawful to sell or offer for sale at retail any alcoholic liquor between the hours of two o'clock (2:00) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
   2.   It shall be unlawful to allow the consumption of any alcoholic liquor on a licensed premises between the hours of one thirty o'clock (1:30) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M. except New Year's Day, when it shall be unlawful to allow the consumption of alcoholic liquor on a licensed premises between the hours of two thirty o'clock (2:30) A.M. and six o'clock (6:00) A.M.
   3.   For the purposes of this section, licensed premises shall be construed to include the parking area owned or under the control of the licensee upon which the licensed premises is located.
B.   Presence Upon Premises After Hours: It shall be unlawful to keep open for business or admit the public to any licensed premises where alcoholic liquor is sold at retail during the hours at which the consumption of such liquor is prohibited; provided, however, that in the case of restaurants, clubs, hotels, motels, bowling alleys and other separate businesses conducted on such premises, such establishments may be kept open during such hours, but no alcoholic liquor may be sold during such hours.
