3-1-15: RENEWAL OF LICENSE:
Any licensee may renew his or her license at the expiration thereof; provided, that he or she is then qualified to receive a license, and the premises for which such renewal license is sought is suitable for the purpose; provided further, that the renewal privilege herein contained shall not be construed as a vested right which shall in any case prevent the Village Board from decreasing the number of licenses to be issued within the Village. The requirements for and the procedure of obtaining the renewal of a license shall be the same as that provided for in case of an original application for a license; provided, however, that any application for renewal shall be filed with the Local Liquor Control Commissioner not less than thirty (30) days prior to the expiration of the license.
Any licensee operating Video Gaming Terminals, shall submit, along with an application for renewal, a detailed summary of its sales for the preceding calendar year itemizing the amount of sales from foods, snacks, gasoline, personal goods, and/or Alcoholic Liquor at such licensed premises. If the information provided, pursuant to this paragraph, indicates that the licensee derives less than sixty (60) percent or more of its gross annual revenues from sales of foods, snacks, gasoline, personal goods, and/or Alcoholic Liquor based on the prior year's sales, such Licensee shall not be entitled to renew its license.
