11-2-5: FINAL PLAT:
A.   When Submitted Concurrently With Preliminary Plat: Following the recommendation for approval of the preliminary plat by the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning, the subdivider shall: 1) install the required improvements (at his own risk); or 2) arrange to furnish a bond, letter of credit, or similar security for such installation, all in accordance with the requirements of chapter 5 of this title. Upon approval of the improvements, or arrangements therefor, the final plat shall be submitted to the Village Board in accordance with the provisions and requirements of chapter 6 of this title.
B.   When Preliminary Plat Has Had Prior Board Approval: Following approval of the preliminary plat by the Board of Zoning Appeals and Planning and the Board, the subdivider shall: 1) install the required improvements; or 2) arrange to furnish a bond, letter of credit, or other security for such installation, all in accordance with the requirements of chapter 5 of this title. Upon approval of the improvements, or arrangements therefor, the final plat shall be submitted to the Village Board in accordance with the provisions and requirements of chapter 6 of this title.
