The Village Board of Trustees hereby elects not to exercise its extra-territorial jurisdiction over that territory located within one and one-half (11/2) miles from its corporate boundaries; provided, however, that the Village Board of Trustees reserves its right to reconsider the exercise of the extra-territorial jurisdiction, in accordance with applicable Illinois law and notice provisions, at a later date.
