This title is hereby enacted pursuant to 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-13-1 to provide for the health, comfort, safety and convenience of the inhabitants of the Village and vicinity; to establish reasonable regulations for the development of the area; to conserve property values; and to protect the public interest in conformity with the heretofore adopted official plan for the Village.
