Any person who violates this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00) nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) per violation. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 746-13, 10-7-2013)
