The Village may revoke a permit or approval issued in case it is determined that there has been any false statement or misrepresentation as to a material fact in the application or plans on which a building permit or approval was based. Furthermore, any changes to the scope, size, or location of a building, accessory structure, or structure, or any part thereof, without resubmitting an application or an amendment to an application for the original building permit, shall be considered a misrepresentation as to a material fact. Furthermore, a permit may be revoked by the Village when any official, agent, or contractor of the Village determines, from personal inspection or from competent evidence, that the rules and regulations under which it has been issued are being violated.
