8-2-6: ACCESS TO PRIVATE PROPERTY BY VILLAGE:
Village officials and employees shall have the right of ingress and egress at reasonable times over, in, under and across the property of an applicant for purposes of reading water meters and testing, operating, repairing, and maintaining the Village water system. (Ord. 742-13, 8-5-2013)
