A. In addition to the deposit required in Section 8-2-1 above, the following fees shall be imposed for water service connection services:
1. Water Connection Fee for Existing Service: zero dollars ($0.00).
2. Disconnection Fee for Non-Payment: twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
3. Reconnection Fee: twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
4. Percent inch normal new Service Fee: Tap fee of nine hundred dollars ($900.00), plus applicant/customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses for materials and labor to install new water service and meter onto Village water system.
5. One (1) inch normal new Service Fee: Tap fee of nine hundred dollars ($900.00), plus applicant/customer shall be responsible for all costs and expenses for materials and labor to install new water service and meter onto Village water system.
6. Turn On/Off Charge for After Hours (any time outside of Monday through Friday, seven o’clock (7:00) a.m. to three o’clock (3:00) p.m.): fifty dollars ($50.00) each time.
B. The fees stated in subsection 1. through 6. above shall be collected by the Village Treasurer. The Village Treasurer shall deposit the collected fees in the appropriate account. The Superintendent shall not perform connect, disconnect, reconnect or provide for new water service to any premises or applicant without the written direction of the Village Treasurer.
