Any person, corporation, association, company, owner, occupant, or agent who violates any provision of this title commits a civil ordinance violation and shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100.00), nor more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) for each offense. Each day a violation of this title is allowed to continue shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to any fine, the Village may seek injunctive and declaratory relief directing the violator(s) to cure the violation. (Ord. 742-13, 8-5-2013; amd. 2017 Code)
