A. Policy Adopted: Effective June 1, 2011, the Written Identity Protection Policy of the Village, a copy of which is on file in the Village as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth, is hereby adopted and approved.
B. Amendments To Policy: The Village Clerk is hereby authorized to amend the Policy, as may be required from time to time, to maintain compliance with the provisions of the Illinois Identity Protection Act. (Ord. 672-11, 7-5-2011)
