8-1-1: DEFINITIONS:
When used in this title, the following words and terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them in this section:
   APPLICANT: Any person, corporation or entity that applies for water, sewer or garbage service with the Village of Dieterich and shall include those persons, corporations, or entities presently or prospectively receiving any of such services.
   SUPERINTENDENT, VILLAGE CLERK AND VILLAGE TREASURER: Those persons duly appointed by the President of the Board of Trustees. (Ord. 742-13, 8-5-2013)
