7-5-5: ENFORCEMENT:

Nothing in this chapter shall be construed as limiting any additional or further remedies that the Village of Dieterich, Illinois, may have for enforcement of this chapter. Furthermore, nothing in this chapter shall be construed to limit the Village's ability to correct and require compliance with matters inadvertently excluded during any application and/or permit review process.
