A. Deposit Of Rubbish Or Trash: It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place or deposit any filth, rubbish or trash upon any of the public streets or alleys of the Village. (1945 Code § 16-4; amd. 2017 Code)
B. Obstructing Ditches And Drains: It shall be unlawful for any person to fill up or obstruct or injure or destroy any ditches, sewers or drains of the Village. (1945 Code § 16-8; amd. 2017 Code)
C. Riding Or Driving On Sidewalks: It shall be unlawful to ride, drive or propel any automobiles, motorcycles, side by sides, four-wheelers (except for snow removal), three- wheelers, golf carts or similar vehicles or conveyances upon the public sidewalks in the Village.
